Shoprite
Useless Service

I bought me a powerade outside by one of the other shops, then went in at Shoprite to do some shopping and there was no security at the door to mark my stuff. I then proceeded to into the shop bought my things and went to till counter to pay for the stuff and noticed on the slip that they charged me for the powerade also and i told the cashier and she said i should go to kiosk to get money returned. I went and spoke to lady there and she gave my slip to another person whose gonna deal with it or so i assume because she never cam to tell me. I stood in the queue and got to the front of the queue and then she helped the person behind me and the proceeded to help the next person. I then said am i going to be helped anytime soon and the lady then told me they going to check something at the back. I waited for 45 minutes and by then missed 2 busses and then this woman came back and told me i must get my stuff marked when coming into the store. " Well if you had security at the door then i could of get the stuff marked but anyway what service
