Placed an order on the (11/10), called in yesterday (22/10) to inquire about my order. Was told I would get a call back this morning (23/10). No call received or email update regarding the delivery status. Order: 127432. I needed this item quite urgently an my previous switch was damaged with lightning storm, its been almost a 2 week delay now. If I cannot receive this item, I needed to be refunded so I can procure the item elsewhere.
