Cashiers with bad attitude and tendencies

I always go to that Shoprite in Smith Street, ever since i started buying there i have never received excellent service. The cashiers are full of themselves. today's experience: the cashier didnt greet me, let alone smiling, she served me and left my grocery on the counter and she continued with the next customer, i asked her to pack she said that its a staff till so i must pack for myself, i then said i cant read. they always assume that all the customers can read and that is . what i ve picked up abt them is that they have never been taught how to treat the customers, maybe their training didnt cover that, no matter how wrong the customer is u can never backchat.. last week i stood in a queue for like 3 mins and the cashier told me that they closed. i asked them (she was with her manager, it was a trainee manager) that where is the closed sign, they said they dont have, they told me that i must respect them and go queue somewhere else. OMW they didnt know who they dealing with. if i wasnt rushing i was gonna escalate it, what me off was the fact that the trainee manager ddnt see anything wrong, he was busy back chatting. i want the senior manager to call me
