Cellphone repai

I'm Mrs NN Mvundla, I'm a customer at Truworths, i bought a cellphone in Gateway since Phoenix dont sell cellphones. I bought it in Feb this year and on that day i asked the consultant about the insurance she said they were out of forms and told me to get it in Phoenix branch and fax it, the next day i visited Phoenix branch and they told me they dont keep cellphone and insurance forms, since i'm not close to the Gateway branch i left it for the next visit in the shop. When my cellphone's scroll button was'nt working i took it to the shop near me which is Phoenix they said they cant help me and i needed to go to Gateway branch, i went to the shop and they book it in for repairs and after a week they phoned and told me to come and pick up the phone because they cant fix it, its liquid damage, when i asked the lady what that meant she said water went into the phone, and i explained to her that my phone did'nt get to the water she said it might be the heat, or steam. I just need my phone fixed or they must replace the phone. I am very upset because I'm still paying for it and now everyone is avoiding me and not giving me feedback.
