TRUWOTHS DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought a watch from truworths by the next week the watch was discolored. I went a branch in Durban Central as well as Phoenix Plaza and they refused to accept the watch. I Finally I made it to the gateway branch on the 14th april and demanded to be reimbursed and despite me expressing how disappointed I was in the service the lady who assured me reimbursed me by charging the money back onto my debit card. She did not tell me that it would take 3 days/ 24 hours to reflect in my account. I am very disappointed by the diabolical service!!!
