Iwent to the shop this morning to buy a R30.00 mtn airtime and the cashier punched in the 100 sms bundle I loaded the voucher thinking it was the airtime which I had asked for only to found out it was 100 sms bundle I have a cell c contract with 1000 sms on my card I couldn't have buy another smss's I returned the voucher to the shop and the manager at pick n pay said to me I know it was the cashiers fault but we cannot do anything about. I believr that she should have rectified the cashiers mistake co pick n pay is a big company when you buy something there you expecting them to deliver I wasn't happy with the treatment I feel like I have thrown my money into the drain coz I'm not going to use this sms bundles I doubt that I will even advise to go buya airtime at pick n pay Montclair coz their attitude
