DON'T EVER BUY PICK N PAY VOUCHERS!!

On the 17 Dec 2012 I bought 3 pick n pay vouchers and asked the cashier to load R150 onto each 1. I gave each voucher to a different colleague for Christmas. One of the colleagues went to pick n pay to redeem her voucher and discovered nothing had been loaded onto it. I was extremely embarrassed and gave her the R150.00 cash that would have been on the voucher. I still had the till slip so I went to Gardens center and spoke to the Masoeda Herman at customers services who said they would only be able to come back to me the following day after speaking to head office which I said was fine. The following day she called and informed me that THEIR cashier had made a mistake and loaded 2 x R150.00 onto 1 card and nothing onto 1of them. I then told her this was totally unacceptable as I was now out of pocket because of a mistake one of THEIR staff had made. She then said she would come back to me after speaking to management again. That was over a week and a half ago and till now I have heard nothing further from them.
