After I write Pick'n Pay cheat customer in V&A waterfront in Hello-peter. A investigate from Pick'n Pay start, but the result is Pick'n Pay agree that their cushier give me a wrong message and let me buy a Vodacom airtime voucher and that voucher I can not load into my Vodacom account. Their final solution is that, they feel very Sorry about that and hope me to cancel my current Vodacom contract and use a prepay number.

Pick'n Pay give a wrong info and let customer to buy their voucher. They get the commission and let the customer to cancel the original Vodacom contract. The result is Pick'n Pay get their commission and told their customer Sorry! But let the customer lost their money.
