I have gone into the springfieldpark store and chosen a lounge suite on 6 October 2013 as asked to by Kerusha of customer care and to date nothing has been sorted. I am being given the run around by them. I have chosen a lounge suite marked for below the price I payed, which I am happy with, and no-one in the store informed me it was a reject. Only 2 weeks later after choosing it was I informed of this. Why was I not informed by the sales person who helped me choose it? According to my knowledge he is oblivious to this being a reject. I am now informed that they will supply me with the one I chose, from their warehouse, at a charge of R 2000 extra. There is no way that I am paying for their mistakes. I am now at my wits end with these guys as this is now going into its third month with no way forward and expect them to supply me with what I chose at no extra cost to me. If they cannot uphold their promise to replace they should refund my money as they initially supplied me with defective goods..

Disgusted and appalled.
