I purchased a lounge suite in June 2012 and in 7 days after delivery found to be faulty and reported to the store. I was promised a new lounge suite asap which only happened in a month or so. The same (newly delivered) lounge suite has deteriorated in such a state in just over a year and fortunately I took an extended warranty of same.
I reported this to the store and the goods were collected in the beginning of October for repaires. It has been over 2 months with no lounge suite, inconsistent feedback and from the store and head office. Infact the one lady I spoke to at H/O call centre told me they are awaiting authorisation from insurance for 2 months and no one bothers to tell me this. Whilst the sales lady Bona and the Store Manager on the other hand tell me they are awaiting for the goods to be delivered from the manufacture's warehouse.

in all this pandemonia, I am inconvenienced with no lounge suite and continue to pay installments for goods that are not in my possession and the store that could not be bothered with customer care.i bet that had I skipped my installments in 2 months the goods would have been repossesed and I would be inundated with calls from collections dept.
