Second hand lounge suite

I lodged a complaint on the 27th of march up to now nothing has been done all i get is empty promises. its more than a week now the branch manager hasn't even bothered calling me but to my suprise he tells head office that i knew that the lounge suite was a reject and i also knew that it came from the floor not from the warehouse, on the other hand the saleslady has i apologised for not telling me it was a reject and we wanted a black 1 she told us the warehouse has got brown only. wot kind of a manager is this. Kerusha also promised to get back at me of which she hasn't. PLEASE if u are failing to replace it come and get your lounge suite and give me back my money so that i can go buy somewhere else.
