Excelent servies form Madela in South Africa

It was a hard decision but we decided to buy the higher quality Medela breastpumps. After going home we notice that there was a defect on the breast fitting. It was cracked along the seam and was having difficulty sealing.

We took the unit back and was informed that that part was not covered by Medela. But after a few calls they did the right thing and replaced it. We are very thankful for this and would like to extend our gratitude to Sonja Ramateftef at Medela for walking the extra mile
