Pathetic after sales customer service

I purchased an Italian lounge suit from Geen and Richards in 2009 and had it replaced by them in 2010 after a horrendous uphill struggle to get them to even come to have a look at the defective product sold to me. I had spoken to the then acting manager, Craig, who was the least to say unhelpful. I eventually got the manager, Mike, to replace the lounge suite in 2010 after being sent back and forth by Craig and he's team. In August this year the "replaced' lounge suite started to fray and peel all over so I went back into the store on the 25 of August 2013 and logged the complain with Craig who is now the manager. I logged the complaint with him and he promised to get back to me on the 26 of August 2013 with an answer. As expected he did not contact me till today and even refused to give me he's email. I finally got it from he's staff and emailed him but have gotten no response to date. I have contacted their head office and they informed me that I must incur the cost which I refused (as I do not see why must I pay for defective goods, Leather does not fray). They were to get back to me with a resolution but it has been two weeks now and still no response.
