KIC freezer bought @Makro-Terrible repair service

my friend purchased a KIC 290L deep freezer from Makro, Rossburgh around march 2012. This item as 2 year guarantee on it. About 3 week ago this deep freezer start to trouble, So my friend MR Morgan Gounden, calls makro and reports the problem, A professional team is sent over by Makro and the freezer is taken away for repairs, it is return after 3 days, working fine, then two days later it starts again, So Mr Gounden called Makro again for the 2nd time, this time the professional team conduct their repairs at home. Item is working fine for that moment, Then a few hours later the same problem occurs again. Makro is called now for the 3rd time within a month reporting the same fault.
There is a lot of time wasted, time of work is taken to allow the repair guys to work.
Now Makro say they will send the same repair guys again.
Why isnt the item replaced, The cost that Makro had paid the repair team on 3 trips sure works out more than the cost of the actual deep freezer.
