KEEPING TO THEIR PROMISE

On Sunday, 24 November 2013 we purchased an upright Fridge/Freezer and Side-by-side Fridge/Freezer from Makro Centurion. We were assisted by Danie Khoza and Leeandra Naidoo. This really needs mentioning: they were professional, supportive and helpful - within 15 minutes after we decided which products we would like, the paperwork, payment, etc were sorted. Unfortunately the one item had to be collected from another store but after explaining their problem to us, Daniel suggested that the items they had in stock, will be delivered same day and the one out of stock, the next day. They did what they promised. At 16:00 on Sunday the first items were delivered and on Monday evening, wait for it! 19:30 the rest followed.By 18:00 on Monday, we thought: "So much for delivering our stuff..." and low and behold: Makro surprised us. Well done, Makro! Thank you, Daniel and Leeandra! We were left with a very, very good feeling about you...
