I bought Ventura 3 piece couches in february 2013, unfortanately after they were delivered I noticed some scratches on the them, fortunate enough a week after they were delivered, a lady from morkels phone asking about the service rendered I then told her about the scratches and she said she will escalate it to the branch to help, and that never happenend, thereafter Petros phone regarding the special they had and I I then told him about the problem and he then promised to help and nothing happend, then on saturday 19 octover I went to the. Branch. Spoke to Ivon and she said monday I will hear from her that never happened.
