My mom bought a fridge at Morkels on 22 Feb 2013, when we unpacked it, we found that it was damaged and contacted Morkels to come fetch it, it took me calling the head office to get the manager at Secunda branch to come get it, 2 months later!!!

Now I'm waiting for the refund, 1 month later and still counting. When I went to complain to the branch manager, he kept helping other customers in my presence, they now have my money mos, so they can afford to give me this kind of customer service!

He arrogantly told me that he cannot take responsibility for my refund because its outside of his scope of responsibilities, I mean WOW! I was dumbstruck, he never told us this when the branch took my money!

So I had to run around to beg for my refund, the lady called Joy was helpful but unfortunately, I still don't have the money because I guess it's my problem that Morkels changed systems.

I am so with Morkels, if this platform does not work, I'm going to small claims court.

Numerous calls to the head office on 011 408 0408 has not helped either.
