I bought my mom a bed at morkels begining of 2012 cash. Few months later the bed had sunk, and the foot of the bed had broken. I complained at the branch begining of the year 2013 and they said they will replace the bed in a weeks time, which they didnt. its been a constant back and forth argument with them. At one point they told me that the bed i bought was not the right bed for my mothers "weight" and that i should upgrade the bed. When i came with the money to upgrade the bed on the 15th July 2013, they said i should have done that at the time they were telling that because the replacement bed is at the warehouse and it will be delivered in a weeks time. its still has not been deliverd.
