Worst customer service ever!!!

I purchased wooden double bunks at morkels early 2012. At first it took almost two weeks for the item to be delivered when i was promised it will only take a day or two. Once delivered i found out that one of the planks was cracked. I phoned morkels and was promised that it would be replaced. Couple of weeks later i went back to the store only to find that it has closed down. I then phoned the customer line and was told the problem would be sorted out. Month later i wrote email to morkels was phoned but still nothing happened and so i went on for almost a year. I settled my account on the 13 March 2013 and was told that they could not stop the monthley installment and that the money would be given back to me within 10 days. NOW is sit with the same problem. NOTHING happens the buck get passed. So i purchased a item that is broken and the store still owe me money.
