BED NOT SAME QUALITY!!!

2 Months ago, my mum purchased a King Koil, Jupiter Pillow top bed at Furniture City, City View Mall, Durban, South Africa. When the bed was on display, I tried it out by relaxing on it for a while&it was really comfortable. The consultant advised that we cannot purchase from the shop, &there will be a delivery fee as the stock comes from their warehouse in Cato Ridge. When the bed was delivered, I tested it out again&it was absolutely hard, uncomfortable&not what we paid CASH for, I am not the only one that tested it out. I then waited 3 weeks&I have severe back problems so my mum went back to the store&the consultant told her it would take time to get used to it&we should rotate the bed once every 3 weeks, so we did. Another2weeks went by&my mum went back to the store to complain, the consultant then advised that all they can do is give us a credit note and we get exactly the same bed, which I think is pointless as it is I am experiencing issues with my back. Also, the bed that he had advised cant be sold to us, was sold to another client! I want this problem sorted out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE as it is a matter of my health that is involved&also we paid a CASH price for this bed and not getting any JOY!!
