Disgusting Customer Service

On Saturday afternoon, 19 Oct 2013, I quickly popped into Galaxy & Co in Eastgate Mall. There were 3 Sales Assistants behind the counter. The one was sitting on the floor, the other one leaning on the counter and the other lady was slouching on the chair. Not one of them greeted me when I entered the store, even though I was the only customer in the store. They could see I was looking for something specific, but did not bother to assist me, all of them looked like dead corpses and only after I asked one of them where the ear studs are, the one lady pointed to the section by the door. Did not even bother to get up and show me. I just left the store utterly disgusted and went to NWJ who gladly assisted me.
