48 Hours Exceeded for Delivery of BED!

Initially, the furniture city warehouse delivered the incorrect bed! I had to struggle for 2 months for the STORE to come to a decision that I can exchange the bed for another one of my choice, after lodging a complaint to get assistance! Thereafter, I chose a bed of my choice and the manager had agreed to give me a discount, my mother and I had heard that it was A DIFFERENCE OF R550 that we had to pay. When I went to get the bed, the manager insisted that she did not give a price, and I had to scrape up more money that I did not have to pay for the bed as I really needed it! Also, if the calls are recorded, go back and listen to the recording instead of arguing with a customer! Now 48 hours have exceeded by a week for the delivery time of my bed and today the consultant calls to say that there is a problem with the truck and they cant deliver my bed! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM FURNITURE CITY! IF MY BED IS NOT DELIVERED TODAY, I WILL TAKE THIS UP WITH A LAWYER AND WITH THE CONSUMER BOARD OF COUNCIL, AS THE REASON FOR PURCHASING A NEW BED WAS DUE TO MY HEALTH AND I AM TIRED OF WAITING AND GETTING NO ASSISTANCE! SORT THIS OUT NOW!
