I must say I am truly dissatisfied and disgusted with HOME CORP.

A few weeks ago we purchased a bed paid cash and advised we will collect the bed ourselves, the sales person called your warehouse in front of us and they advised the bed is there and ready and allocated to our name.

Last weekend we went back to the store and paid for the delivery as plans have subsequently changed only to be told '' Sorry we don't have a bed in stock'', my issue is that when we purchased this bed there was stock and checked out in our name, what happened to my bed?

I parents are coming to visit from abroad Saturday, yet I have no bed for them, this to me is totally unacceptable as the bed was in stock and booked out to us for collection.

Please explain to me how a bed we purchased and booked out to us is no longer available, our bed was sold to another customer and now I am expecting to wait.

Disgusting service to say the least
