No Customer Service at Jet

This is the 3rd time I am complaining. After the 2nd complaint I received a call from a Lady (did not get her name) on 17th october, she told me that the Manager said he could not get hold of me. That is a because I have my cell with me all the time. There were no missed calls or voice mail. This lady assured me that she will make sure he phones me by the end of that day.today is 21st October and I still did not receive a call. THAT IS REAL BAD., I worked for Edgars for 13 years. Those years the customer came first, afterall the customer pays the staff salaries. Something like this would never be allowed. The person responsible by now would have got a warning. Maybe Jet should look into getting a more reliable manager. It does not seem like if this one cares. How long do I still have to wait for this problem to be sorted out
