Twice the phone was thrown down while still speaki

I received numerous calls from Edgars "call centre" asking to speak to a person I do not know. After about the 6th call I got angry and asked the lady to please not phone me again. I was promised that my phone number would be removed from their records. I received 2 more calls after this and on both occasions the phone was simply slammed down while still explaining to these. I phoned 4 times to report this directly to the most senior customer care person employed by Edgars. I was put on hold, hold, and hold. Every time I phoned I am only allowed to lodge a complaint with yet another in the call centre. I am now waiting more than a month for this "no-care customer care manager" to return my call. In the mean time they have not stopped phoning me, and this harrassment just continues.
WORST SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY!!! I DO NOT WISH TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH EDGARS IN ANY WAY AND I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND MY WHOLE FAMILY WILL NOT SUPPORT THEM AT ALL IN THE FUTURE.
