Confusing Statement and Reaping off people

Around 2012 in October I personally call Edgars customer service to ask them to cancel Legal insurance as it appeared on my statement after I have requested them to cancel it for me during 2011 of which they never did. The lady I spoke to assured me that it was cancelled. Since October 2012 I have never received any statement from them. On Sunday 2013-01-06 I called the customer service department to request for 3 months statements and I was told that I will receive it within 48hrs via email as I provided it. They never bother to send any statement to me. On Sunday 2013-01-13 a certain lady called to tell me that my payment is late. I then asked the lady to request statements for me. on Monday 2013-01-14 I then received statements via email from Musa Khumalo of Edgars customer service. I looked at the statements and noticed that they have been charging me for Legal insurance that I have cancelled and other insurance. The only insurance that should be in my account is cell insurance and app. Today I called them and they are denying that they are charging me for all the other insurances that I have seen on my account. I this is the way Edcon is using to make money???
