Purchased toiletries and was promised a bag. Out of stock and assured that we will receive a call when the bag arrives. Various visits and assurances for several months - even promised by the manager: still o resolution. Went back - ouch! twice bitten! - needed to purchase four long pants. No staff on duty. The manager asked me for sympathy: "Can you see what I go through! " Anyway, a lady so called expert - was called in and she looked at me and gave me my size. All incorrect! When I asked her whether she should use a measuring tape she said that she was a professional and knew her job. The wait for staff; the call for the Manager; the incorrect size; the anger of the change room lady because I was late encouraged me to leave the store and I made the purchase elsewhere. An e mail to customer care elicited a muted response. I have not responded to the luring thousands of bonus points as I feel phobic of entering the Pavilion Westville Edgars!
