Rude manager: Clueless about store promos

I went to the Waterfront&wanted hosiery on the 33%off sale but they didnt hav my size so I went to Canal Walk&found everything there but Shaun (manager) refused to give the33%off! I told Shaun that I was JUST@the Waterfront where signs included hosiery in the promo&he rudely told me that it was NOT on sale&if there was a sign, he would tell them to remove it. I told him to call while I was standing there since I was not making it up as he implied. He then called&spoke to Nathan (branch manager)&said that Nathan was standing at the hosiery&that there was no sign! (I dont believe that he was coincidentally standing@ladies hosiery@the precise moment that Shaun called since there was no pause from Nathan to walk to the department). Shaun then rudely told me that he could not give me the discount! I went to4other Edgars branches over the course of the weekend&the signs were at EVERY branch&they even had their ad including hosiery in the promo playing in store! I do NOT appreciate being treated like a &I didnt appreciate having to hunt for my size at various other branches when Canal HAD the items I needed! Canal does not have proper signage in store&doesnt give customers discounts they should!
