Poor customer service

Bought a watch for my girlfriend. 2months later the numbers on the face of the watch came off and were lying loose inside the watch. Took it back to be repaired and they opened it up and said that the 1 numeral was missing. Well it didn't magically disappear. I asked for a replacement watch or a refund which was duly denied. I feel it is totally unacceptable as the watch is only 2months old. I will not be doing business with them again as i feel that i have been ripped off. There after sales service to pay the least and would not recommend anybody to do business with them.
