Abrupt delivery guys

I bought a fridge&delivery for 28/01.I never got a call to confirm time of delivery&at 17:30 I get a call to be told that I must hurry up as they have been waiting for me, guy talking to me as if I am his friend, I asked him who told him I'd be home then, tells me he knows I would have knocked off??? I asked him to give me 10 mins, when I got home fridge was left at my door and these people were already on their way out, I had to scream out to get their attention. Had I been 5 minutes late would they have driven off. Anyways they unwrapped fridge&took it in, when I were to sign the delivery note, I was rudely instructed where I had to sign by that time I had already had it, I asked these 2 guys why they are so impatient when delivery time was not confirmed with me so they mustn't rush me. I got a cheeky comment that they thought I was friendly. They might be delivery guys but they need to have respect, they left me dumbstruck as I had never seen such carefree delivery guys..What's this???
