No delivery of fridge

I bought a fridge on Sunday the 27th of January, and was given a delivery date of Tuesday the 29th of January. I phoned Game Rosebank today (Thursday) to complain about the fact that the fridge was not delivered and all I got was an excuse that the drivers are not there. They should have phoned me to tell me that the delivery was going to be late, and I would like to know when I can expect the delivery.
