My doctor faxed a prescription through to Click Pharmacy yesterday afternoon, 18 October. I contacted Clicks Pharmacy on Saturday, 19 October to confirm whether or not the script was there and Calvin asked me to hold to see whether or not is was there. He came back to me after 2 minutes asking me to hold as he was still looking. Calvin came back to me a few minutes later saying that it was there and that I could come and collect my medication. I was really impressed as many times pharmacists do not go the extra mile to assist customers and simply state that the script has not come through. Calvin is an asset to Clicks Pharmacy and served as a great example of how customer service should be delivered. Thank you very much.
