Absolutely disgusted

I'm a ballito residence that has a problem with a quality issue with one of the markhams products. Had this issue a month and 1 week ago where I went to xchgange a ripped R900 jacket n the manager melisha said shell check for a quality issue a month n a week later no feedback even after going in countless tyms to check. Today she chews bubblegum with her mouth open n says nothing when u speek to her she dosent respond just plainly ignores you infront of her n xpects her stuff to sort out the issue. Came to find out that the jacket has not even been sent for checks its been siting in the stockroom for the whole month while I waited for feed back from suppleirs apperntly. So disgusted by the service I got from markhams as I shop a lot there
