I needed to buy my 6xmonth prescription of Hormone Plasters. The Pharmacist gave me only 1 Pack and I told him I want to buy all of the prescribed 6Packs. He only said to me NO. I asked him again that I want to buy all 6 Month at once - he responded only NO. I asked him why NO?? He said this is Policy - he can not give me all 6 Packs. I asked him what for a policy? the policy of Clicks? He said this is the Pharmacy Policy. I told him that I buy this Plasters for more than 2 years at Pharmacy's and I always get all of the 6 at once. He said this is against the Rules of the Pharmacy. I told him that I need all 6 Packs because I`m going for 3 Month overseas. He said then to me I don't get all of them because my prescription was send via fax to me and it was not the Original.
WHAT IS THIS FOR A SERVICE FROM A PHARMACY??? I never ever had any problems to get this simple Hormone Plasters at any other Pharmacy with a faxed prescription send direct from my doctor and also never had problems to buy them at once!!!
SORRY for Clicks-but I will never ever buy there again and they lost about R1150. Rather I buy @ a Pharmacy and get good service then @Clicks with unqualified Staff.
