Complete rip off by amateurs

Air-o-Space worth R1200.
Day 1 tested and it was damaged. Day 6 I returned the product. It was sent in for "repairs" for 6weeks. No one called me to inform that the product was ready for collection. After eventually getting product back, the fabric hadn't returned the pump for mattress!!
