Actually LISTEN to a client? What a novel idea!

We ordered a product from Homemark. Payment has been made and we got a promise from Homemark that the product will be delivered within the week. At the end of week no delivery has been made so we phone them, eventually came to hear that the product is out of stock. (They should have informed us of this before accepting our money and making promises of it being delivered end of week.)

Eventually product arrived. Used it once and it was faulty. Tried to contact Homemark again, spoke to several people, among others a lady called Nosipho (I think) who actively kept on interrupting me while I spoke and who actually hung up on me while I was complaining.

After complaining to just about anyone who would listen (sweet few of them, they simply transfer you to someone else without even asking if you would like to be transferred)

It is now a week since the product was initially delivered, and after several promises of Homemark to call back very seldom do. A week later and several calls, they can still not tell me when the product will be replaced.

And don't try to complain, because nobody listens, they just pass you off to the next person who will pass you off.
