False Advertising & Bad Service Air-O-Space

The Air-O-Space advert on television is absolutely false advertising. They had this truck driving over the mattress - what a joke!!! I had an Air-O-Space mattress which I got as a gift in December 2012. I've used it a couple of times and was absolutely happy with it. About a month ago when I wanted to use it again, all the air was leaking out of one of the tubes connecting the two mattresses. It was leaking right there where the tube goes into the mattress. I took it back to my nearest Homemark store. The staff instore were not very keen to assist me as I walked in as they were busy with their own little conversation. Eventually, after I interrupted their "party", they assisted me in a very unfriendly manner. After I showed them the mattress, they said that they would change the mattress if I could provide the slip. I explained, that the mattress was a gift and that I haven't received the slip with it. They just turned around and walked away. I understand that they cannot change without a slip, but what should I do? I even asked them if Homemark could fix it and that I'm willing to pay. They just ignored me. Please send me the one in the advert it looks stronger than the one I had
