Incorrect product returned

I recently sent my tevo vacuum for repairs, the vacuum returned to me was not my product, I no the condition of my product, this vacuum was damaged and smelt really awful, I queried about stench and was told I must buy a filter if I'm not happy!

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed and will never purchase a tevo product or from game store!
