Attitude worse than the product we returned 4x's!!

I am the disapointed owner of a Air O Space mattress. If I knew that the false advertisement came with a ARUGANT useless branch "manager", I would have saved myself the trouble. I have recieved 3 replacements already - everytime the mattress breaks after the 2nd/3rd use, and every single time the Homemark store tested it in store and replaced me on the spot. My husband and I spoke to the "area manager", OLIVER this morning to advise him that we would prefer our money back, or a different matress of the same value. After a disturbing conversation with Oliver, which includes the fact that he refuses to help us because he has never heard of any problems with the AIR O Space in 5years, and that he is the only person making decisions other than the CEO of Homemark. I hope this is not information - according to him he works directly under the CEO. I want my money back, and I'm not going to wait a week for Oliver to test the matress I asked Oliver many times to speak to me in a better manner because of his weak conversation ethics and defensive attitude, and he practicly taunted me with what he knows about CPA has convinced me to rather practise legal action Please advise ASAP
