Product/Service disappointment

I had purchased a Air-O-space bed mattress from Game N1 City middle of Novmeber 2013 _ I went away beginning of December to find out that the mattress has a hole in it, which is very disappointing to the fact that a truck rode over the mattress and it didn't "BREAK" _ I had returned it to Game N1 City yesterday 6 Jan 2014 and there not a rep to speak to firstly never the less that they would not RETURN the cash I paid for it _ its disappointing service to the point where I spend R800 on supposed to be the best mattress and they would not return cash back!
