I tried to purchase a DSTV Walka for my dad's birthday from Game today and a man with glasses assisted me. I use the term "assisted" loosely. He was rude and sarcastic and said I cannot purchase it without the owner of the TV license present despite it being a gift. I had my dad's ID and TV license with me and he gave me a mouthful rather loudly, standing next to 3 other staff members. He then interrupted me on the phone and spoke to me like a schoolchild. I told him he didn't need to speak to me like that, especially with 3 other staff standing there. His response was a sarcastic: "How must I say it then?! " I said I would rather buy from Incredible Connection then where they know how to serve people. He said sarcastically that I must do that and then turned his back to me as he said loud and sarcastically: "YOU have a very nice day! " What a attitude! Buddy, you look like you are on the brink of retirement and jobs are scarce so I would seriously treat customers with less contempt if I were you. With 6 staff members in the department and no customers, you obviously do not appreciate your job or give a about service. I won't purchase anything from Game anymore.
