EXTREMELY RUDE AND INCOMPETENT

We just came back from GAME Rosebank. It is a Saturday, shop is packed with customers and only 3 cash registers were working upstairs, and only 1 downstairs. The lines were huge. As always, there is no one around to assist you with a useful advise, they just normally point at what you are looking for, and that is all you get from GAME's staff members. Nobody is educated on the products, they just spend the entire day talking to each other (loudly).

But today was just too much. In front of me in the long line to pay, there was a gentleman holding a mayonnaise. The mayonnaise was R9 and he paid with a R50 bill. The cash register PALESA started screaming at him, asking him why was he paying such a small amount with this bill. The supervisor ELLEN THOBELA was right there and did NOTHING about it!!! So eventually me, my husband and other customers told the cashier lady to do her job properly without being rude (this is after standing in lane for almost 20 mins.).

What is wrong with these people??? Where is Human Resources or any training program?!?! We will never go back to GAME again, at least not this branch. They are rude and useless every time.
