Game's service is always disappointing

On Friday I went into Game to see if I can get my camera taken in for repair. I am always treated badly at game. The staff is rude and never make an effort. I was sent to find the person working at the camera section. I asked the man standing there if he was who i was looking for. he answered me with a blunt no. I then asked him where he is. he rolled his eyes, looked around briefly and said "i dunno where he is, so your gonna stand here all day" this i thought was so rude. I then got someone else's attention and asked him if he has seen the camera man. He was very helpful and went to look for him in the back. However, while I was waiting, three staff members walked straight passed me without looking at me let alone ask if I needed help. Finally I find who I was looking for and I must say he was very nice and helpful. I was just totally disgusted with the service in general, and I always am. So now I decided to complain.
