Inappropriate Charging for accounts

After being on line for more than 20 min this morning to a rude call agent trying to get a settlement letter which by the way I have received from Edcon before but misplaced the letter they now tell me there is R1, 50 still outstanding and wont issue a new letter.

Are you really serious right now? joke.
