FOOD GONE BAD AND SOLD TO PREGNANT MUM!

I bought a pack of savoury muffins last week. After eating it, it was sour and tasted spoilt. I gave my mum to taste to confirm. I was furious as I am in early stages of pregnancy. I noticed the best before date was the same date of my purchase. I was very upset and took the muffins back to the store and spoke to the manager. She refunded me and told me that she will be in contact to let me know how the enquiry went. She said I should hear in two days from her. I again expressed how upset I was. This being said, I still have not heard from Wooly's. How pathetic that they pride themselves on quality and yet they don't care about their customers. The food is so expensive and you expect exceptional quality, not for the food to stay on the shelf till the very last date that it states best before. How can you not care that your food gone bad, could have caused some serious side effects for someone very early in pregnancy. I am extremely disgusted with your company!
