Ocean Basket
Large cockroach in my hot chocolate. DISGUSTED!!!

On Saturday evening (16/11/2013) my mother & I both ordered hot chocolates. Whilst eating the cream with a teaspoon, I came across something hard. I spat it out on a serviette hoping it was a piece of chocolate or dry cream. To my shock, horror and total disgust it was a cockroach. A large dead COCKROACH.
That disgusting pest was in my mouth.
We cancelled our order and demanded to see the manager who gave us a silly speech about pest issue they are having and how the premises are fumed.
He called me 2 days later and gave me the same silly story. I asked for documents proving this. He has not responded nor called ever since. Bad customer service!!! Bad hygiene!!!
How can a store at a reputable mall claim to have a pest problem? They should not be selling food. They should be reported to the department of health. SIES!!
I will never eat there again. I will be telling more people about this on Facebook & Twitter.
