On the 21st of August 2013 I placed a special order for a ring, the qoute said that I can pick the ring up in 4 weeks time, 4 weeks came and gone and its still not ready, we spoke to head office and they can't assist and said dat we jus have 2 wait and if I don't want to wait I can cancel da order, knowing full well that if I cancel the order I don't get my money back at all
