Wrong ring resized

On the 09/11/2013 I ordered a Ring from edgars in Sandton. I had to follow up with on my ring as no one got back to me. 2 weeks ago, Thandekile confirmed that the ring would be ready last week. On thursaday (05/12/2013) she called confirming my ring was there, when I got there on Sat, it was not the ring I had ordered but was sized for me. So I had to actually wait for 4 weeks to get the ring, drive all the way from PTA to Sandton, only to get the wrong ring. I am getting married on Sat, so what now? I am told that you guys cant confirm how you can help me!! Disgusting behaviour for a store like Sandton! Really!!
