Wedding ring still awaiting the order for 2 months

On 17 july 2013 i bought a ring from sterns and requested a special order to be made in a smaller size, was promised the ring in - 1 and a half months, its going 2 months now and not once in that time did any sterns people contact me, i went to the shop and spoke to the lady who did the sale she gave me no feedback whats so ever, i never was called or informed then i requested the emails to her supplier and to my knowledge sterns was quoted and contacted by no one cared to inform me, i was then told i will be called i wasnt so made my way to the store for the 2nd time a week later i was told the ring will be in on the 28 August 2013 - thats was pathetic cos my wedding is this weekend 17th Aug. If i knew this was such a hassle i wouldhv just went to another store would more efficient service, now i have no ring - i paid well over 10k and im sitting with a huge sized ring that i was told i will exchange when the correct size was made, now whats the use when i cant get the ring in time for my wedding reception, utterly disappointing, please dont reply to the post if any one will handle this -call me and have my ring ready if not then i will take further legal action
