No call back regarding Rain Check

I went to their store about two months back loooking to buy a Stramm drill which was on sale at the time. Unfortunately they were out of stock and decided to take a Rain Check on the product. I was told I will be contacted in about two weeks but I was contacted at all. I eventually decided to call and I was told I would need to wait another two weeks as they had not yet received any stock. I am reporting this because I was told by a family member that they bought the same product on sale about a month after my Rain Check.

I understand you are adviced to call if you get no response (which I did) but what is the point of their Rain Check if they do not get hold of customers as promised. DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.
